I don't call myself a "Christian American." Perhaps "Muslim" in this case means more than just religion; something that supercedes loyalty to one's country.

I agree. People who carry around the hyphen as some kind of badge of honor should be forced to choose which side of the hyphen they prefer. If it's not America, give them a one-way ticket to that "hyphen" place they prefer.
