I never saw or heard of either Clinton drinking. Former FBI agent Gary Aldrich wrote in his book that many people thought Bill Clinton had a "drinking man's face."
If you drink too much, your complexion gets ruddy, puffy, and red.
Also, Alamogirl compiled a very detailed compilation of his drug use.
There is a picture of Bill Clinton high on cocaine when he was Gov of Arkansas. Someone who worked with him closely verified he was as high as a kite when the photo was snapped.
Anyone have it?

Do not shiver, but rejoice with hope: if she persists in vodka drinking, [and I mean heavy drinking, to a tune of a liter per day or more], it would automatically protect us from her evil and malice and limit the amount of harm, loss and damage she could cause.
