It's an okay religion for people eating grasshoppers in the middle of a desert. I could see it as a step up for the worst of the worst off. But messing with us is just crazy. We are on the other end of the spectrum. Or maybe not.

Last night's Nightline about the rampant instances of teen diabetes from eating oneself to death was instructive in that it showed a good portion of our population is as lost in the wilderness as the starving nomad in the Sahara. Our religious teachings don't seem to be sticking to these folks re gluttony and such sins.

1. Temporary marriages (approved prostitution)
2. Slavery for war captives
3. All manner of lying and cheating and violence if the other person is not Muslim. Problem is, they frequently refer to another Muslim as "not really Muslim."
4. Allah, who would like you dead if Jew or Christian, can be handily bought off if you pay the Dhimmi tax. The problem just goes away with the application of "Protection Money".
