That argument that character doesn't count is so ridiculous. I remember arguing vehemently during the last administration that yes, the fact that the president cheated on his wife it definitely a problem that relates the presidency. I just don't understand people willing to overlook such things. Makes no sense to me.

The key measures are that states that discriminated against Blacks 50 or 60 years ago still have to be monitored by the Feds. And that ballots have to be multilingual.
