Good evening everyone, and snugs thanks for tonight's excellent Dose.

All those photos of the bill signings... honestly how President Bush can face people who have been so utterly vile towards him with the things they've said, and he faces them with such humor and openness. He must have God's grace to do that, I'm not sure I could. It just brings tears to my eyes.

God bless this wonderful man.

Looks like the FFA is still around and doing great. When I was in high school, and that has been some time ago, it was an organization and only boys belonged.

The only female was the annual FFA Queen and it was quite an honor. She was usually the cutest girl in school. Most of the boys were sons of farmers, were tuned into agriculture, and planned to continue the tradition of the family farm.

Sigh, I was a city boy and didn't even get to vote on FFA Queen. That was restricted to the FFA members.

The school I went too was still a farm school and still had a FFA chapter... When I left, the FFA was no longer there...

I had never heard of them before, Emily, but what a worthy group and wholesome. Gives me hope for America and our young people.

Oh, I agree - appropriately dressed and well groomed. It's so refreshing; I just love that picture.

Many of my high school guy friends were FFA members, a great group of guys, too.

I, too, am glad to see it's still an active organization.

Did you save that gorgeous picture of Secretary Rice for the end? Wow, what a terrific dress to wear in Asia.

Disclaimer: I made a Chinese brocade strapless red dress with a red chiffon 'jacket' in my first year of University for our first school dance. Since I had only worn Very casual clothes up to the day of the dance, a lot of people did not even recognize me!
