Fact is we don't know who's, if anyones, fault this it.

Did you notice in the article, where it says she was about five feet away when she HEARD a crash? She didn't see anything. Maybe if she was looking at her kid she would've actually seen what was about to happen.

Freak accidents happen, even to perfect parents like you be careful in what you boast because, Lord forbid, someday you or someone you love might need a compassionate friend after such an accident..

I'm still here, I made it to 21 because my mom kept an eye on me. Both my brothers are still in perfect health because mom made sure we all behaved. My oldest brother keeps a hawk eye on his little girl now, just like my mom did with us.

LOL you're not even a parent! how could you possible know how physically impossible to see a kid every second of every day, especially when you're also watching another kid!
