I have four nephews, a niece & my s-i-l is pregnant with a fifth. Is that not enough hands on experience for you? Believe it or not, I was also a child once.

I don't have kids, but I watch my nieces, and I know that a) it is challenging to keep one set of eyes on more than one child, and b) that doesn't mean you don't have to.
