I think (Clinton appointee) Judge Ann Aiken has their case. She will have sympathy for their noble cause, knowing how abuse of the environment disproportionately affects women and minorities, and will give them easy time at a country club. I really wish it were Judge Hogan, who would be more likely to lock them up and throw away the key.
