Israel was amassing thousands more reservists on the Lebanese border to stage ground incursions aimed at destroying Hezbollah positions, warning it would not rule out a full-scale invasion despite mounting calls for a ceasefire.
I shouldn't get myself in a twit about this I guess...Monica can say anything she wants- and it's likely true that Iran IS running the show. It's my own frustration that the SOB's won't just come out and OWN it...they hide behind vague and twisted words..as evil has always done.

I agree. There are targets in theater here that just cannot be taken out by airstrikes. Mostly because they just cant be found.
Hezbollah has had 6 years to set up this network of hidden tunnels, and arms. The only way to ferret (No Assad pun intended) these out is by sending in ground troups and taking control of the area.
The only way they can leave again will be by gettin either the Lebanese army or a serious UN force to fill that void otherwise it will just fill up with these terrorists again. I would rather see the Lebanese army do it. I dont trust the UN.
I don't mind the opposing opinion being presented - but not when its an illogical argument. we have a terrorist group entrenched within a civilian populace and infrastructure, with the tacit approval of the host government, supplied and funded by foreign governments in syria and iran. how are you supposed to root them out, while insuring that no "innocent" lebanese get killed?
