No kidding.
It's more the fault of the local bureaucrats whom we filed the renewal applications with.They sat on the applications for 10 days,well a week,before sending it to the State Department.We filed on the 6TH of June which was plenty of time for the passports to get here,but the State department didn't receive the applications until the 15TH of June.
That is what ticks me off the most.
