Bolton is speaking at the UN: we have a common and shared enemy...enemy is terrorism...and their sponsors...hezbollah operates in south lebanon with impunity...arab league condemned hezbollah...US calls for full implementation of res. 1559...the US is studying several ways of enforcing 1559 including insertion of international stabilization force...disarm and defang hezbollah...how do you have a cease fire with a terrorist organization...no confidence in cease fire...
