An Israeli soldier scouts the area near the Israel-Lebanon border, July 20, 2006.
There...that's better.
LOL>...I know, better than the sammiches I fix myself.
CNN Poll: Americans Mideast involvement - XTRA BONUS: Pro-Israel Democrats who had enough!
I just love freepers...they never hesitate to help another one out..even with HOMEWORK
Could not agree more.
I know you didn't ask me, but I will give my answer..NO.
Condi was VERY careful NOT to commit to anything yet. In fact, she mentioned yet another trip to Europe the end of next week...where she will be discussing things further.
BTW..C-span will be showing the testimony at the UN, the Condi presser and the John Bolton statements tonight, as soon as the live coverage of the UN is over...FYI.
I would suggest listening to Condis speech and answers to questions...she is GOOD.
Not UN, I don't believe. Bolton made a point of stating more than once how long (28 years) the UN "peacekeepers" (yeah, right!) have been along Lebanon and how ineffective they've been.
Maybe something more along the lines of NATO? My guess.
What....?
Is he some kind of distance runner?
/s
just amazing!
Israeli reservists get their weapons checked.
The UN has been there for 28 years!!!!! OMG
Now that IS delicious. Wait until I tell my moderate, votes Republican, talks Democrat friend. She defends the UN at every turn and I'll be anxious to share that little tidbit with her.
Thanks for that info; I missed a lot if I missed both Condi and Bolton.
I don't think I can't catch it on C-Span, but I'll set the VCR and watch it tomorrow.
If Iran does develop nuclear weapons and are planning on using them, unfortunately, in my scenario, I have no option but to use nuclear weapons.
I would take out miltary targets in Tehran and I would drop leaflets encouraging them to uprise against the Mullahs and if they don't do that soon, everyone will die. I mean everyone.
In the meantime, I would drop atomic bombs on two major cities of Mullahs' stronghold, and that is not Tehran, where many young students are pro-West.
Glad you had a nice ride, it's good to take a break.
Galloway stirring up stink amongst his muslim constituents to cause a protest in Britain. Su-prize, su-prize.
A real made for media event. Wonder if Soros and Heinz-Kerry $$ is going toward funding these bigger protests...
Could be the "sticky" remote has been transfered to the "sticky" keyboard.
I'd check to see if the little grandkid's fingerprints have made it to the remote and the keyboard?
:)
now Shep Smith is yelling because he doesn't like the term "animals" being applied to hezbollah. ranting about how they provide food and housing, etc.
FNC needs to fire this twit, and let CNN pick him up.
Well...Iran calling for an emergency meeting of the OIC:
http://www.irna.ir/en/news/view/menu-234/0607211916165306.htm
Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a phone talk with Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan asked for the convening of an emergency meeting of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) to seek a way to end Israeli attacks against Lebanon.
According to the Press Affairs Bureau of the President's Office, President Ahmadinejad considered urgent consultations among OIC member states, particularly the regional countries, a bare necessity under the current conditions.
