That is wrong. Clinton is a coward and a bully, and doesn't take personal risks. He and his wife/partner-in-crime always have someone else to take the fall when they are caught.
This is not the profile of a risk-taker, but rather of a selfish user.

People with advanced syphills have also had delusions of greatness. That is true and it's probably worse in someone who starts out as a narcissistic sociopath.

If you can't wait for the book (plus save the money), read a serious (and lengthy) psychoanalysis here, "Can the President Think?" by Edith Efron from
Reason Magazine in 1994--only 2 years into his Presidency:
reason.com/9411/fe.efron.9411.shtml
Sample:
Clinton has the power to seduce others, to get them to submit to his will. And when they do, they give him in turn the vision he seeks. What Clinton sees in the faces of the adoring crowds is the reflected face of the Sun King. Only those adoring crowds can give this Narcissus the ineffable joy of adoring himself.

Correction: SOCIOpath not psychopath.

Clinton took a lot of personal risks. His extra marital relationships, business deals, and shenanigans all held a sufficient amount of risk. But his risk taking was directed entirely at personal gain, rather petty personal gain at that.

IMHO Klintoon's mental condition stems from a situation that my grandma used to point out: "A male only has enough blood in their body to operate either his brain or his d*ck, but not both at the same time"
I believe this pretty much sums up BJBilly's mental condition.
