Good news, Mo. Get some rest, kiddo...

06:03 IAF resumes strikes on Beirut`s southern quarter (AP)
You are so sopt on with that. I felt the left shift coming on with Fox a couple years ago and haven't watched any tv since.
I said to self, is there any redeeming value to the junk they put on? Once the talking points are out it's just a matter of who says it.
However I do enjoy the reports about what stupid things are being said, txsleuth has the best reports of the crazies.

I think for some of us it is entertainment with news thrown in. We love to see the antics of the reporters,
the stupidity of some of their remarks, and it gives us a chuckle just when the world seems to be on shaky
ground."
I'll take Seinfeld's "soup nazi" over reporter antics anyday. Got Haaretz' ticker up here, this thread, an off-toipc backpacking site, and one browser open for whatever pops up and needs a look, with Elaine Benice telling the head of NBC she doesn't like TV, on the TV next to me.
Sheppie and Heraldo pale....
Hi my name is CAluvdubya and I'm addicted to television! LOL. No really I am. I have it whenever I'm home. I grew up on sit-coms and never looked back. Only news I watch is FNC. Right now I'm back on my home decorating kick so I also learn how to make my old stuff look like shiny old stuff :-)! I love tv!
God Bless you and your mom.
What you say is true. I think I started watching CNN during the Gulf War. Then, after 9/11, frankly I think we turn on cable news in the morning to see if something else has been blown up. But it is good to turn it off and think without the background noise. If I'm doing serious writing, I want quiet.
Night all...see ya tomorrow.......God Bless Israel...
That is priceless. What a hoot!
For me, it's in the background. AND, I think you can read a person on tv a lot better than in text over a blog. Tone of voice, body lingo, facial expression, etc.
It's not the same to watch a show and then read it's transcript later. It's a different experience, IMHO.
nite ak...sweet dreams..
MSNBC has gone to canned stuff again..... ole Danny boy is really doing a bang-up job over there.... I remember when TWA 800 crashed it was MSNBC (of the Roger Ailes days) that did the best initial coverage, though CNN caught up pretty fast.
He's my candidate for POTUS.
Nursing home or assisted care provider?
That would probably put Shep near Avivim, on the border NNW of Shmona.
Nice map, wide view, some smaller towns listed.
