Get the Israelis to map these tunnels and call in several Arc Light strikes.

Then go in and mop up the dazed survivors.

I apologize for my abysmal ignorance. What is an Arc Light?
The only such I have heard of is a fictitious cannon on Terran tanks in the computer game Starcraft.

Not at 120 feet underground. Depending on the soil composition the tunnel occupants would barely feel a thump.

The Israeli's would need a ground penetrator. "Bunker Busters" can penetrate 20-40 (max)ft of concrete or from altitude 100 of just soil and light rock.

They would probably need two or three to get a concrete bunker of say 10ft concrete under 100+ft of soil and rock. Even then they would need them to stike the relatively exact same spot.

Now if they could get one to come in from space at 10000+ fps they might have better luck. Tough to aim though. We were looking at designing one around the time of the start of GWII. (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1606420/posts)
