The American Muslims For Jerusalem (AMFJ) website lists this group a non-profit entity set up to "ensure…the concerns of the American-Musilm community regarding Jerusalem and its environs are understood and respected by the formulation of U.S. policy."

AMFJ is known for its successful boycott campaign against Burger King, in response to the fast-food franchise having built a restaurant in an Israeli settlement community. AMFJ also pressured the Disney corporation not to list Jerusalem as the "Jewish capital" of Israel at a World Expo in Florida.
