Mat 24:1-13

Jesus left the temple and was going away, when his disciples came to point out to him the buildings of the temple. (2) But he answered them, "You see all these, do you not? Truly, I say to you, there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down." (3) As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the close of the age?" (4) And Jesus answered them, "See that no one leads you astray. (5) For many will come in my name, saying, 'I am the Christ,' and they will lead many astray. (6) And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. (7) For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. (8) All these are but the beginning of the birth pains. (9) "Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name's sake. (10) And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. (11) And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. (12) And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. (13) But the one who endures to the end will be saved.

"Gospel been published in all nations yet?"

Paul said the whole earth had heard while he was still alive!

It's a fallacy that there's something like this "keeping" Him from returning, other than His mercy for the lost.

Jesus said it could be any day, and a thousand years is as a day unto the Lord.

Kim Il Jong will be "removed" from power soon. The new leader will be much different.

"Was Bush picked...?"

Scripture says all leaders are put there by God. He even permits the evil ones. It explains the purposes for government, and explains how we are to deal with bad and good governments.

Good and bad leaders can also be led by God to do His will.

They also can be rejected by Him and not have His blessing on their lives or countries until they repent and turn to Him. Or their lives can be seemingly prosperous, but actually devoid of His presence.

Now is not the time for them to be yanking our chain.

Yea, that chain might be connected to the keys in a Minuteman Launch Control Facility (old terminology I know, but I can't remember the current name for an LCF).

Mr. Roh is certainly most responsible for this situation, aside from the "Glorious Leader" (maybe "Fearless Leader" is more accurate, a la Rocky and Bullwinkle)Kim Jong Il and his faction in the North.

The question is this: Is Mr. Roh dismayed or is he pleased? All the world wonders.

I oscillate from one opinion to the other. "He can't be that dumb." "He just can't that smart."

It would be fun to ask him on live national television "Did you do this on purpose or are you just a stupid fool?"
