Allen is a good man but I honestly believe Giuliani would have the best chances vs Hillary in the General Election.
I think Giuliani will win the GOP nomination.
McMeMeMeMe (rofl) has really has no chance. The Liberal press wants to think he does but he has burned way too many bridges to get the nomination. I'm betting he will finish behind Giuliani and Allen, though ahead of Tancredo (if he's running).
Condi is not likely to run but all pictures change if she does.

I'm predicting that Giuliani won't even be a serious candidate in 2008. He's basically going to be the 2008 version of Colin Powell for the GOP -- i.e., the closet Democrat who gets trotted around on the campaign trail to bolster support among one voting bloc or another.

The vehemence of the conservative opposition to Rudy seems to preclude any chance for him in the primaries. The DU/Daily Kos crowd seem to like him better than real Conservatives, and I have been thinking they could cross over if their own primaries are uncontentious.
