Pat Buchanan will read this and say "Absolutely right! They SHOULD apologize!"

The neighborhood bully just lives to survive,
He's criticized and condemned for being alive.
He's not supposed to fight back, he's supposed to have thick skin,
He's supposed to lay down and die when his door is kicked in. He's the neighborhood bully.

So true, sadly.

Can you believe that Dylan disagrees with the powerful and elite? He's never done that before.

Funny that the peaceniks tried to claim Bob Dylan as their own...

Dylan said he sang and played guitar in order to meet girls.

LOL!

He just happened along in the right decade to become a superstar (although I do think he is very talented)...

He also said he wasn't trying to be an icon of any movement...he was trying to be Elvis Presley!

Yeah? The lyrics seem pretty consistent with the views he expressed in the first volume of his autobiography that came out not long ago.

This was written in Dylan's short conversion to Christianity. I'd very much doubt he still has this viewpoint. Jonathon

Kinda scrathin' my head on your post. Could you please explain your two contentions that a) Dylan's conversion to Christianity was short, and that b) Bobby wouldn't still hold to his view (expressed in that song)...

You call that singing. My cat sounds better than that, after I shoot him with the hose.
