Have you seen his wife?
I'll tell you what really bothers me. It's those people that walk up and start coughing trying to get my attention while I'm enjoying a smoke. That's pretty rude. I usually tell them it's a good thing they don't smoke, cause they already have a heck of a cough.
That's right. That's why I compared him to David Cassidy. Similar poofy hairstyles, too.
He started out that way, but then did things like Pink Houses, Scarecrow, Paper and Fire, Cherry Bomb which are all better than your standard bubble gum crap.
Ok, so he's got a bank account. That's talent? Your average corporate tool can afford a cute blonde wife and a leased Audi. So?
I don't spend much time defending Republicans, but Dan Quayle is a genius compared to Al Gore.
Ummm, make that an Einstein.
Most artistic types are void of rationale thoughts.
___________
My apologies in advance, but that may be the most ridiculous post on FR today.
Ha! Excellent. I always say, "Yes, I mind putting out my smoke - taking a poll?". But I think I'll use that next time I get a 'cougher'...
That's all mainstream bubblegum, dude. On par with Huey Lewis.
Your post is right on!
(Some poster's mothers should be spanked for raising such rudeness)
You know your a hasbeen when you make political statements in a two-bit casino. I thought John made enough money, why is he doing casinos? Shoosh, shark jump alert.
It was a spelling thing. He thought they meant a 'Melon-Camp'!He probably had free tickets given to him by one of his secret leftist atta boys!
Change "artistic" to "leftist" and it's just about right, exept you should probably also change the "most" to "all".
Although I might also correct the word usage and spelling..."devoid, not void" and rational, not rationale.
Certainly it is mainstream, but it is not bubblegum like a Britney Spears. What in your elitist world do you consider acceptable music?
And what is exactly wrong with it.
That was a great song to do aerobics to. R*O*C*K in the USA! Oh....sorry, I'm out of breath now, guess I'm not in shape anymore....
susie
I thought he was a known lib/Bush basher. Quayle shouldn't have been there to begin with, but I am glad he walked out.
Hey, it's hip to be square!
btw, what music DO you like?
susie
"Dedicated to all those hurt by the policies of the current Bush Administration."
So, he was dedicating a song to terrorist, thugs, the UN, and of course Saddam and his sons.
"That's what you get for going to such a crap concert to begin with. John Mellencamp??"
If it was at a golf outing the concert was probably free, donated by a has-been performer.
