The Bosnian government is bringing to a close five months of work reviewing how some 1,500 people - most of them fighters who came to Bosnia from Muslim countries during the 1992-1995 war - gained Bosnian citizenship. ... the satellite photo showing 3 graves were of: Muslim fighters, Serbian fighters and civilians in the third. It was later admitted by Albright at a later time that "initial analysis" showed they were mass graves supporting the Clinton assertions later proved false.
She later hinted they were the aforementioned. The VRS did prove it and from other individuals I met through my trips to the region over time that were familiar with that area, confirmed it.

Let's look at Erdemovic. He was THE KEY EYE WITNESS at the Krle, Blagojevic and Jokic and Slobo trials, etc.
His testimony was eaten up by the western media, with not one single hint of skepticism.
Not a hint.
1) He fought for all three sides in the civil war.
Now think about how difficult it is to somehow fight for all 3 sides in a civil war.
2) He lied in his first statements about having fought for
the muslims. He denied it in his first interviews with the ICTY and only later owned up.
So he's a liar.
3) He was completely unable to give his salary whilst a member of the 10th SD. He couldn't even hazard a wild guess.
A billion years on and I still know EXACTLY my pay for my paper round.
4) Erdemovic and his 10th SD comrades were paid in gold.
Yes, I said gold.
Tons of the stuff.
Now the richest army in the world BY FAR is the U.S. army, yet I'd be mildly curious if I heard that squadies were being paid in gold bullion. And here we are talking about the bankrupt VRS.
Their regular soldiers weren't paid for months on end.
5)And he was given orders to execute over 1,000 muslim POWs by whom?
Well, according to Erdemovic, a guy comes up to him and claims to be a colonel in the VRS. From a completely different CORPS.
He had no insignia, no name, no ID and Erdemovic had never seen this guy before. Or since. I think Erdemovic said he was balding and had a loud voice. That's it.
6) His unit didn't have a single ethnic Serb in it for
most of the war and by July 95 (when it did at last
did have some ethnic Serbs) it had become a truly
international unit. For example, Erdemovic's boss was French. Now if you're not thinking "MERC UNIT", well, I give up.
7)Now, a note about the VRS.
The VRS was an unbelievably strict army. It was geared round Soviet military thinking. It was geared COMPLETELY round the chain of command.
COMPLETELY.
Even down to the most simple of orders. The prosecution expert British military witness commented at length about this.
We are talking "STRICT".
Now, just before Srebrenica was taken, Erdemovic admitted that he'd been given direct orders NOT to harm any of the civs. In fact, days before, the entire VRS formations were given a huge speech/notice not to harm POWs etc.
Obey the Geneva Convention at all times.
However, the Erdemovic's story is:
"Up comes a guy who says "Hey you! Kill those POWs in cold blood. I'm not even claiming to be from your CORP. Oh! Here's some gold for your troubles. Be seeing you"".
That's the ICTY's story.
This "Scarlet Pimpernel of the Prodrinje plateau" had absolutely no authority over Erdemovic at all. NONE.
8) A week or so after wiping out almost 2,000 POWS, Erdemovic is nearly killed in a gunfight in a coffee
shop. His comrade tries to kill him and his
mates. The reason? Well don't ask Erdemovic, he has no memory of the event. Or, at least so he claims.
9) OK. He's in hospital, recovering from these wounds, and whilst there, his wife's going on shopping sprees with other wives from the 10th SD. They're buying the most expensive blingy crap their hands can handle.
Yes, SHOP TILL YOU DROP reaches the Balkans.
Which is strange, for, most of the civil war, Erdemovic and his family were basically destitute. Homeless and penniless.
10) Stories of what the 10th SD MAY have done filter through to Serbia. So Erdemovic and his blingy-laden chumps are locked up by MILOSEVIC's Gov't.
Yes, THAT MILOSEVIC.
11) Don't worry about Erdemovic for slobo's
kicked out of office and the new pro najo gov't
immediately release the 10th SD suspects. Erdemovic turns himself over to the ICTY (he's an ethic Croat from Bosnia).
If he'd been found guilty in Serbia, he'd have been executed.
The ICTY it seems are more lenient.
A lot more lenient.
12) Now the other members of the 10th SD form an international MERC unit, "Spider" that fight for the French in Zaire/Congo and if that wasn't surprising enough, then how's this?
They also work for the ICTY.
Yes, the ICTY.
They are paid to capture naughty Serbs who are wanted by the ICTY.

13) Many of these 10th SD are allowed to settle down free as a canary in the west. The US, for example, has a few of them.
14) Our hero, Erdemovic, goes to the hague , admits to murdering countless pows in cold blood and is immediately
released, allowed to settle in the Netherlands and given a
new identity.
15) After the caputre/liberation/ of Srebrenica, the units that took part in the 1st echelon were given leave. Now, the 10th SD was one of these units, which means that when Erdemovic and his buddies were taking orders from that rather elusive colonel, they were actually ON LEAVE.
16) Erdemovic is nuts.
He's ga ga. Lost the plot.
The light's on but no ones at home.
He spent time in a loony bin, and was so unstable that even the ICTY noticed the dribbling and had to hold hearings to see if he were competent to stand trial.
Yes, he's fruit.
But to the ICTY, our dear friend Hoplite, etc. Erdemovic's testimony is rock solid. The quill. Top notch. Chiseled in granite.

Here's a clue to how bad Dr Balls research was. He was unable to name a single court in the entire world that would touch his research. Not a single court. Except for the ICTY.
