Mr T has ditched his gold jewellery after seeing the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina on America's Gulf Cost last year.
The former A Team star, real name Lawrence Teto, felt it was selfish to display his wealth in the wake of so many people losing their homes.
"As a spiritual man, I felt it would be a sin against my God for me to wear all that gold again because I spent a lot of time with the less fortunate," he said.
Mr T also had some strong words to give to other celebrities after the disaster, "I saw some, I call it 'sorry celebrities'. They'll go down there and hook up with the people to take a photo-op."
"I said, 'How disgusting.' If you're not going to go down there with a cheque and a hammer and a nail to help the people, don't go down there".

I saw Mr. T on one of the religious channels last year before Katrina and he was without his gold chains then. I think it's part of a broader spiritual conversion he has had.

Mr. T invented fools. Realizing the magnitude of his folly, he then created Pity.
Mr.T isnt black, the sun is just to scared to shine on him.
