Did Israel just hit Syrian forces on the Lebanon border inside Lebanon? Was the target Syria?

Did Israel just hit Syrian forces on the Lebanon border inside Lebanon?

From all I have seen so far, Israel hit a border crossing on the Lebanese side. There have been no reports of Syrian forces being there. Syria is saying that it was not hit.
