OK............that's what I thought. It is an innocent resort area, which makes it a prime target for the big brave terrorists.

As for the 'Goliath' thing..........that (idiot) poster is clearly in need of some remedial education in fundamental geography and demographics.

May God bless and protect the nation of Israel!

Yeah, like they know the UN can pass a resolution (we will veto and they know it.)

Seriously does anyone have an overall picture of their operations?

Security officials: No loosening the grip from Hizbullah

That's the gist of the operation (for now)

I am totally indifferent to the plight of the Lebanese. They have tolerated Hezbollah and allowed them to become a political party in Lebanon. Hezbollah has 28 members ion the 125 seat parliament.

If you sleep with the camels, you wake up with fleas. Lebanon provided shelter for a terrorist organization and now they are paying the price.

A construction worker was interviewed in Lebanon. He was asked who is to blame for this. His answer? "teh Israh-aylis, Bush, Britannia".

Israel has lived with this threat long enough. It is time to smash Hezbollah, and if Syria and Iran poke their nose into this, slam them too without mercy. Bomb them back 50 years.

Yes it was missing, and he is asking for UN help?

Please, he knows the UN cannot help, so I assume his speech was purely political, against Israel and not his terrorists.

IDF deploys Patriot missile batteries in city of Haifa

For the first time since the 1991 Persian Gulf War, the Israel Defense Forces has deployed Patriot missile batteries in Haifa. The missile defense system cannot destroy Katyusha rockets - hundreds of which have been fired at Israel from Lebanon in recent days - but could protect against surface-to-surface missiles, such as those possessed by Syria, the army said.

I have long thought that it would be enlightening for the American people to see side by side statistics about the crime in U.S. cities relative to the casualties in Iraq.

It's safer for an 18-24 year old to be in the military than to live in a big city...........or even to drive a car, if the comparison is made.

The idea that the leftist media actually cares about our soldiers, the Iraqi people, or in this case the 'victims' of Israel's bombings is a joke.

All they want to do is make America, and our dear ally Israel, look bad.

Fox News: "Arab League: Peace Process is Dead; Leb. PM Calls for Cease Fire"

Note to Arab League...Peace Process is Dead....thank you Captain Obvious.

When was the Peace process ever alive? If Israel ignored attacks against them by terrorists, the peace process was alive. If Israel struck back, the peace process was in jeopardy.

From my perspective, Israel right now is in the process of creating a whole new peace process.

Of course you're right. They're like a wayward child- warn the child that eating too much candy will make them sick- they eat it anyway. When they start to get sick, they have a tantrum and say "You shouldn't have let me do it"..

(geesh...just hearing this -not sure if THIS is a good plan...we may be sending evacuees to Cyprus...never a really stable place.)
