Thanks. I was looking for something other than the Israel-hating BBC.

Zogby is the Chief PolLiar of the Democratic Party. I loved the special Zogby sauce graphics, too. No doubt they'll be needed for the 2006 elections.

Not a peep out of Senators Kerry and Kennedy about war in the Middle East -- as far as I know. Well, the former must be busy wind-surfing and the latter probably has his head stuck in a bottle. You'll have to imagine the Howie Carr soundbites....Yelled in fury: "Do you know who I am!" and..."Hello? Hello?" Just think, MA has these two, plus the Big Dig debacle. How'd we get so lucky.

I'm sorry to have to ask at this point, but where are you? I'm in central Baghdad.
We have two Lebanese employees who are on IMs with people back in Lebanon giving us live information and we're also getting news off of al Arabiya and al Iraqiya TV.
Thank you for your kind words. :-)

Thanks, Bahbah.
So far Syria seems to be all mouth. That's why I wanted to know if they actually had troops inside Lebanon, and if Israel targeted them.
I'm VERY curious to see their level of involvement. My sense is that they don't really want to mix with Israel head-on.

Hey guys, please go to the CNN website and give them some feedback about the lack of their coverage of this war. Maybe they will listen if all Freepers show their disappreciation with their cable service. Cheers.

Looks like Bierut is going to be leveled.
Israel to Bomb Beirut
Panic. Now!
Israel just dropped fliers on the American University of Beirut campus and in the surrounding neighborhood.
The fliers are in English and say something to the extent of:
"The Lebanese people protect Hezbollah and will face consequences. Please, get out of Beirut."
This is from a 16 year old Lebanese American playing soccer on the field at International College next to the AUB dorms who told a friend who told me.
This is where I live.
Jesus Christ, it sounds like they just bombed a building behind me. That's the downtown!
I live on the top of my building!

My sense is that they don't really want to mix with Israel head-on.I agree, despite all the bluster.
