Israel's action recently demonstrates so clearly to the muzzies that they don't have what it takes to defeat the Israelites.

Yes, that's the saying and it IS very true; sometimes.
I think the point of the article is that Israel has calculated their actions to undermine Lebanon's tolerance and support of Hezbollah. It looks like a smart move on Israel's part.
