Inviting those of you who feel you want to do so to post your prayers for Israel, for their warriors and politicians, for our own President and our military. I invite you to pray as well for innocents in the Middle East and the world who are at risk because of blind hate and aggression of the controllers of their culture.

Thank you all for your prayers. I am especially grateful to you, Alouette, for your heartfelt prayer for the captives.
They are in my thoughts and prayers every day.
My pastor opened the early morning service with this prayer this morning. The seats at this service are always less than half full, but this morning they were at least 2/3 full.

Seriously though, I grew up in Chicago and I have never met nicer people than people from the South, east to west. And I've met people from the Atlantic Seaboard to California. Nobody beats the South. In a way, I wish I'd grown up there. :)
btw... on my cross country trip, my boyfriend's NC grandma made us sleep in separate bedrooms. :) Because it just wasn't decent. :)
And we ran out of money in TX...So we lived there for six months. Which is a whole other story, LOL.
Knowing that God is good is not enough. Knowing too that evil is antithetical to the good should only reinforce the good's need for evil's constant destruction.
...Which I think God would want....

Prayers for the brave men and women of the IDF, the IAF and the Israeli population in general. Also, prayers for the innocents who are caught in the midst of this struggle. The cost of war is always high but is also inevitable. These are the times we face in the war against Islamic facism.

The One who watches over Israel slumbers not, nor sleeps. And He is restoring in the Body of Christ a right appreciation for those beloved of the Fathers.

Lord, thank You for the work You are doing in these end times, turning stony hearts back to You, giving us hearts of flesh.
And just as You have done it for us, You can do is for the sons of Ishmael. For You still are the God Who Sees our distress.
We pray for your people, for their protection, for the spread of freedom, for the fulness of the knowledge of You.
For surely Your hand is not withdrawn from the affairs of men. We are fully convinced that You work all things for the good for those who love You, the called according to Your purposes.
Grant peace of heart where there is none, and comfort to all those who are hurt or hurting. We fully believe You are in the business of eradicating evil from the earth.
