Oh, dear..........I just re-read your post, and I see that you asked just what I answered.
Sorry about that!
Then the answer is MOST likely YES. :)

It would be appropriate to state a Pennsylvania Dutch (Deutch) saying here.....
"The hurrier I go, the behinder I get."
Got to go now. Next time I'll read more carefully. :)

Another question if he traveled by car would that be one provided by the American Embassy?
From my understanding if our PM uses a car in a foreign country he would use a Embassy vehicle is that the same for your President?

Picture after picture proves that he is liked if not loved by the majority of people in and out of this country, bet history will count him as being the most popular, well liked, great President of his time.
As he once said when he looked into Putin's eyes he saw his soul well look into our President's eyes and his integrity is undeniable.
I once was put down on a thread and told to stop cheerleading well know what? I will darn "cheerlead" all I want...so there :)

Boy, I don't know the answer to that. I would guess the answer is yes.
I happen to have a close contact inside the State Department now, and if I remember, I'll ask.

I figure that people use the 'cheerleader'/'lemming'/'blind follower' attack when they know they've lost the argument.
Somewhere inside every one of these bashers, they KNOW what a fine, honest man he is...........and they know he's a better man by far than they are.
That's why it makes them so mad when we talk about his character. It makes them look bad by comparison.
So I say........let's keep it up, shall we? :)

We've got Hot Hazy Humid and Eighty-five here. I'm thankful not to have those last fifteen degrees!
Got a son and d-i-l in nearby VA for a little while. :)

I definitely could be wrong about this, but I thought that they fly vehicles over for him to use while overseas. Does anyone know?

I've been okay except for my right arm.
Must be arthuritis or something like that but I can't work on the computer for long periods of time.
I've been working the mouse (which is for right-handed people) with my left hand. very slow and ackward. I've been going to PT for the arm.
I turn 50 this year and I think that is too young to have problems like that.

I definitely know that the presidential limos are flown in from Washington. They´re in the jet that lands prior to AF1. And regarding Marine One - I don´t think that they have such a heli in a European US base. I believe they have flown it over the pond, too. Unbelievable, the enormous expenditure.

Thanks for that info, Michael. I was just guessing (as you can tell :).
It seems an enormous expense, but I would guess that it's done for security reasons, in case someone might have tampered with a vehicle in another country.
IMO, it is always a priority to keep our President alive when he travels abroad. They must deem it necessary to have U.S. vehicles travel with him.
