Rumors happen in war. Reporters have to be careful, but they are human and make mistakes.

Are they saying this/these was Katushya (on Haifa) or that it was 220m type/longer range, or larger? (Indeed, those types, manufactured by Iran, are what are in the Hizbollah arsenal). I still don't get it, though, that Iranian Revolutionary Guards are there doing the firing themselves. They said the missile is definately of Iranian manufacture and is one of the mid-range (50-80 mi I think) rockets.

The WOT will not be over until Iran is defeated. THANKS JIMMY "PEANUT BRAIN" CARTER!
We are all still paying BIG for this idiot's mistakes 25 years later.

As someone else posted, why would Hizbollah deny firing the missile? The only reason I can think of is that they didn't fire it; someone else did.

I've told people for a long time that the biggest reason we went into Iraq was because of the NEXT war with Iran and Syria.Ding, ding, ding!....you win the prize.

Dennis left no doubt that he feels that Iran is behind the recent happenings in Israel, PA and now Lebanon.

It could be that Israel doesn't want to give full details while it is activating detonation sequences for the missles that will be heading for Tehran.

Exactly....if this is not true, then Fox should correct the story.....

See my post 178.
Hezbollah television showed the 333mm Iranian-made Raad rocket of the type that was fired at an IDF base on Thursday.

This thread is only an embarrassment to you apparently.
We here are reporting on what is being SAID on Fox news.
Of course facts could come out that change what they reported.
Until then, lets keep watch.
If you want to comment on chat threads, there are plenty on FR.

HeHe, you must be in North Carolina (ABC store).
I was thinking Oahu or Maui. There are ABC stores on every street corner.

LOL!!! I was typing, and do not multi-task very well.
I will not say Southack is wrong, but something is sure going on. Of course, Shep has been whining about 'war' since yesterday.

What I am doubting is the validity of what FNC reported. Agreed. The reporter is reporting what he has been told. His source said it was fired by Iranian Guard and he reported it.
The poster of the thread reported what Fox news said, other have coroborated that we heard the same interview and reports. THerefore until someone says something definitive it cannot be just dismissed out of hand.
Your approach is prudent.

I think Japan should take our place in N. Korea, which would enable a redeployment to the Mideast

People also forget that we have huge allies now in the region sicne the Iraq war began. In Pakistan we now have 3 new airbases. We have new bases in Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Jordan (covert, SOF operational bases), Turkey, Kuwait, saudi Arabia (we will use these gain in event of regional war), Qatar, UAE, etc etc... India will also be supportive in a big big way that yet remains to be seen by the world. India is pretty mad at Pakistan right now. They are saying that Pakistan has ties to those who did the bombings yesterday. And they are probably right. Tensions will be very high for a while, and this might be the last straw for India. So we can not count on much from that area. All the former Soviet countries have been told by Russia to make us pull out. Some have already raised the rents for bases beyond what we will pay.
We are in a bit of pinch right now.
