Sorry to hear about the death of her son. Sad news. What do we know about her politics?

Fairly conservative Republican, as I recall.
Represents Louisville and the surrounding areas.
Who cares?? A mother has lost her son, that's all I know right now.

I did a search for Northup and it didn't come up...not in the title, so I guess that's why.
Very unfortunate. I don't think a parent can ever be ready for the death of a child. It's not the "natural order" of things.

Dead in his home at 30 ... I'm guessing suicide. Very sad.

She represents a left-leaning, heavily Democrat district, but she is fairly conservative (though somewhat weak on the 2nd amendment). Her ACU average is an 86.
