Yesterday evening the President and Mrs Bush attended a dinner held in honour of Eunice Shriver, founder of the Special Olympics

Today the President presented the budget, visited a shoe factory and also atteneded a fund raiser.

Congratulations to Vice President Dick Cheney on the birth of his 5th grand child who has been named after him.

No my cable came back up early hours yesterday I tried it before I went to bed after doing Mondat's dose on dial up and it was back.

I remember watching that on FNC as well great footage

Actually it is his second Philip Perry is the first, here is a very similar photo of Philip taken 2 years ago.

Great show by the lady! I think she sorta looks like Joan Rivers....

And why is it so hard to find a transcript of her remarks? She really redeemed herself with this:

After thanking the President for all his help with AIDS and Special Olympics, etc., she said,

"And, in addition to all of that, you have managed to control Teddy -- at least some of the time."

This bit must have been a problem to the press -- she complimented A REPUBLICAN PRESIDENT! Then she smacked Teddy! Sweet! Brit Hume showed the clip, by the way.

It was really hard to find any news releases on the Internet with her real remarks on it. It was sort of like how the 'net was purged of Her Heinous (shortly after 9/11) prominently displaying a newspaper that had for a LARGE headline, "Bush Knew."
