Rush better find a better sub...or he might lose his audienceIf the sub was too good, his audience would look forward to Rush's absence.
For example, take Walter Williams. I know he's not everyone's favorite, but I hate to miss the show when he's subbing. Conversely, I only tune in to hear Rush once or twice a week.
Maybe I'd tune in consistently if Rush himself was on the air only as often as Williams is. But, I always look forward to hearing Walter Williams.

Although there is no one that compares to Rush, I enjoy the guest hosts. Belling, Hedgecock, Sullivan and the one and only Walter E. Williams. Smith is Ok but he does to many interviews.

As the wife of a vet, the mother of a vet......I am enjoying every minute of LIEberman's misery. While I sympathize, I do regret the passing of "that kind" of Democrat, who at least let politics end at the water's edge. Like it or not, soccer is a great sport. This guy taking Rush's place, however skilled he may be in other subjects, comes across as just another yahoo when it comes to soccer.
"Don't try to force soccer on America!" No one is doing that.
"50 times as many Americans watch NASCAR than watch soccer!" Americans are 50 times more likely to watch "Survivor" or "American Idol" than to read a book or visit a library.
"Nothing happens in soccer!" Nothing happens in chess, except for those who know the game.
It's a world turned upside down when so many supposedly "conservative" radio talk show hosts think they can show how clever they are by trashing a great sport.
