Prayer Request: FReeper MamaB's husband passed away yesterday

TO ALL, long-time FReeper, MamaB, sent me the following tragic news, and asked me to start a prayer thread. So I post this in loving memory of Mr. MamaB, and in hopes it will provide some measure of comfort to his wife and family now suffering through his loss.

I just wanted to let you know that my hubby died last night at 7:30. We are all heartbroken. Will you start a thread for me and I will give more details when we get back from the funeral home. Have to be there at 11.

Prayers for a member of the loyal Dose family.

God bless MamaB and her family at this sad time. May God comfort them and bring them peace. Her husband is now in the special place that God has prepared for him, and may God rest his soul.

Heavenly Father,

We bow our head to Thy will, with tears of sorrow that this sacrifice is necessary for the ultimate triumph of good over evil.

Thank you for sending the Comforter to help our dear MamaB deal with this terrible loss.

Thank you for sending our Savior so we can know they will be reunited again when there will be no more tears and no more pain and peace that passes understanding.

In the name of our dear Lord, Jesus Christ, we pray in the midst of our grief.
