I thought the real and truthful news coming is that there was no "COVER UP" but some negligence of handling and investigating the matter. The liberal media is going to eat crow, as usual, about this whole Haditha matter.

You have to get halfway through the article before you come to this paragraph:

Citing two unnamed officers in the U.S. Defense Department, The New York Times reported Friday that Lt. Gen. Peter Chiarelli -- the second-ranked commander in Iraq -- found no evidence of a deliberate coverup by Marine officers who investigated the alleged massacre at Haditha in November 2005.
