It has been many times. The gist is that Simcox is misusing funds that were donated to build this fence when in fact a 4 foot high cattle fence was built.

Simcox doens't base operation out of Texas. He's mainly concerned with Arizona. Texas has their own operation, apart from Simcox.

One more time REAL slow, the ranchers can build a fence that is true. They are under the jurisdiction of local, state and federal codes when they build it. The Border is the responsibility of the US government and a rancher cannot construct a barrier for the sole purpose of stopping illegals that could result in their injury or death and one look at the simcox fence will show you that a pit with razor wire in the bottom is a human trap. Now go play Nintendo.

Can you cite a Federal Statute which says this for me? I'm a stickler for details like that. When someone makes such an assertion I, and many others on the forum, usually expect someone to back up such a goofy assertion with something that at least resembles a fact.

Several years ago out on the ranch I built about 1 and 1/2 miles of 5 strand fence with 2 and 3/8 oil field tubing as top rail and posts.

I dug the holes with a digger on the back of my front end loader, cut the posts, mixed the cement,set the posts, welded the top rail, stretched the wire and painted the thing for a hell of a lot less (about $5,000) than the amount of money Simcox has collected as donations.

At the time the only help that I could get was my three high school age boys and a part time neighbor on weekends.

The fence wasn't all that perty but those cows didn't mind one bit.

I hate to judge a book by the cover but Chris Simcox just looks like he might have a little larceny up his sleeve.

I hope he isn't committing fraud but this wouldn't be the first time money caused a good cause to go down because the people running the operation got greedy.

Just take a look at Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson to see how the pros blackmail and extort money in the form of donations.

Someone better notify every single used car lot on the west side of Chicago of this new Federal Law. They've all got fences topped with razor wire and usually a couple of Igors K-9 patrol dogs inside.

A quick Google search finds this company offering biting dogs for rent. That kind of puts the lie to your assertions.

If that won't result in 'injury or death' I don't know what would.

But if you can cite a Federal Statute to the contrary, I'm sure we'd all love to read it. So get to it Scooter. We're all waiting for you to demonstrate your uncanny knowledge of the US Criminal Code.
