...former [Tallahassee Democrat Newspaper] Publisher Carrol Dadisman [wrote]: "In more than 50 years of various responsibilities for newspapers and editorial pages, I've defended a lot of editorial cartoons. But this one is indefensible."
You are incorrect, Carroll Dadisman -- no editorial cartoon is "indefensible." Just ask the artist who drew it.

What happened to the "Art should shock" crowd? How about "Political cartoons can make us ask ourselves the 'hard questions' that sometimes make us uncomfortable".
Compare the MSM dweeb reactions to their reactions to the abominable cartoons that ran in the Atlanta Urinal & Constipation.

BTW, I like Freedom of the Press -- but I think the NYT has a different agenda than what it claims. And, that is the real problem. I guess I could scream "FIRE" in a theater and defend it by saying anyone has the right to exercise their healthy lungs. Or something like that.

True -- some people will defend cow feces on a painting pretty quickly, as I recall. And, while I do not like such a painting, I will defend people's right to still go to that museum. However I find it hard to defend the NYT sometimes. Like now.

The truth sure hurts these people. And well it should.
The fire the cartoon is drawing from these left-wing moonbats and their anti-american activities means the cartoon is spot on target. The cartoonist should now simply fire for effect.

This is what blows my mind:
Democrat Associate Editor Mark Hohmeister, in a piece posted today on Tallahassee.com, said he chose to publish the cartoon even though he didn't agree with it. He added that the letter that "really gave me second thoughts" was from former Democrat Publisher Carrol Dadisman
Are you kidding me? Wow, we really DO have these people on the defensive and completely losing their marbles! I don't believe I've ever seen an editor or associate editor of a newspaper come right out and declare their affiliated political party and expose (in their own words), their bias! At least this dufus is honest about being a democrat political hack!

The newspaper is called the "Tallahassee Democrat" and that is just an abbreviation of the newspaper. I think you are misreading it. Up to a point perhaps. :)

Ann Coulter was right.
Liberals have no sense of humor or irony. And they detest the truth.
I've printed this cartoon and am framing it to put on the wall.

It's all depends on whose Ox is gored....
The cartoon is dead on...
The NYSlimes is GUILTY by any criteria one wishes to use...
Treason is the crime....TREASON is the charge.
And -- the NYT is not the only entity guilty...
I can think of a couple of SENATORS, CONGRESS CRITTERS and Networks who deserve the scrutiny of an investigation..
REMEMBER.... "It's the SERIOUSNESS of the charge that counts, not the facts or evidence"...
REMEMBER -- that's what the leftist pukes recite like sock puppets when they feel the urge to accuse and investigate.

Like "Fitzsimmons" cartoon lampooning Regans alzhimer affliction. I cancelled my subscription after I saw that one.

LOL, I've never laughed so hard and the joke's on me! Too funny, although it's probably very true that Mark Hohmeister is indeed a democrat.
Thanks, for the chuckle. ;-)

Years ago when I was in the seafood importing business, I was attending the National Fisheries Institute convention in San Diego, and the news broke that Reagan had Alzheimer's.
I brought it up at the cocktail reception and one guy - who was a big, big customer - cracked that "it couldn't happen to a nicer guy"..he's a notorious liberal.
He never knew it, but for my remaining years in dealing with him, his big phocking mouth cost him literally tens of thousands of dollars in upcharges.
