Gang Accused of Conspiring to Kill Blacks (Latinos vs Blacks)

Federal prosecutors, who launched their case last week, contend that the Avenues gang between 1994 and 2000 conspired to kill African Americans on their turf.

Men, women and children were harassed, terrorized, assaulted and slain as gang members sought to force black residents out of Latino neighborhoods, prosecutors said.

Authorities are using a federal hate-crime law based on the amendment to the U.S. Constitution that outlawed slavery, and another law created in the civil rights era, to go after four gang members. Barbara Bernstein, deputy chief of the criminal section of the civil rights divisions of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, is part of the prosecution team.

Attorneys for the defendants — Gilbert Saldana, Alejandro Martinez, Fernando Cazares and Porfirio Avila — have asserted that the federal government has no power to involve itself in a common street crime.

More reason, if any more were needed, to make sure we close our borders with Mexico.
Here we have a bunch of mostly illegal Mexicans, coming into our country, and then proceeding to carry out a murderous ethnic cleansing of blacks right before our eyes, in God's own America.
These people's aims and aspirations pretty much fit in with the LaRaza/MEChA, Mexican supremacist, Nazi agenda.

What's Spanish for Klu Klux Klan?

Although most illegals are not involved in gang activity, the LA Slimes is so liberal that it won't even mention that these gang members are mostly (exclusively?) illegals. The only hint is when it says that one of the witnesses against the gang is a former informant, who is a deported alien.

A lot of ethnic gangs (e.g. Irish, Italian, Jamaican, Russian) kill members of rival gangs from other ethnic groups. This Latino gang was targeting regular, non-gang African-Americans for assault and death. Victims of attacks included blacks just walking down the street and, in an action truly reminescent of the Klan, one black man who dared (!) walk with a Latina woman.

When will the liberals admit that there are some Latino racists in the illegals?

Just about every black or brown street gang is as racist as a Klan Klavern (and far more murderous), that's always been the case, and the powers that be have always ignored that fact. You have to wonder why they're bringing these sort of cases now.

Interestingly enough, in my part of the country, there are many white folks who prefer employed Hispanic immigrants over working class and welfare class blacks.
