Iraq Confidential with Jesse James

Just watched "Iraq Confidential with Jesse James" on The Discover Channel. I've been pretty busy the last few months, so I don't know if this has been on before or not. I'm not a big watcher of "Jesse James" show, but this was a pretty interesting glimpse of "day-to-day-life" of some of our soldiers (mechanics) in Iraq as Jesse tries to give them a little diversion, and support. There were a few comments not totally gung ho, but mostly it was pretty positive, and patriotic, especially at the end. I'd like to know if anybody else sees this or watches it later (on again at 12 pm CDT). Comments? I don't see it on again through the rest of my guide -- hopefully it will be repeated again if somebody doesn't can it for being "too pro military."

I also particularly liked the scene when Jesse accidentally(?) walks into a hospital ward where insurgents are being treated, and he asks why we would help them. The answer "Because we are Americans".

Maybe we should all contact "Jesse" and give him a big thumbs up! (Will try to find an e-mail address if somebody else doesn't beat me to it.)

I thought his show was great. What a morale boost for the troops but he had to put politics into the show after he got back.

Why didn't he have the guts to say those things on his Iraqi eposide. I wonder how much he made from that eposide?

He said he paid his own way but the soldiers provided his safe passage.

What a kick in the stomach for the troops serving in harms way.

BULLOCK'S HUSBAND IN BUSH RANT

Hollywood star SANDRA BULLOCK's husband JESSE JAMES has launched a scathing verbal attack on US President GEORGE W BUSH, calling the leader "a d**khead". The motorcycle maker visited American soldiers outside Baghdad, Iraq - and is convinced the majority of the US military agree with him. James says, "Everyone in Iraq knows Bush is a d**khead. He's the boss' kid. "Everybody I know who has a successful business who has a kid - the kid is always a f**khead. Have you ever noticed that?"
