I just realized that I have published over 1,000 of these daily reports. Actually the number is closer to 1,117. Thought you might find this trivia interesting.
I started these reports during the summer protests of 2003 and have never stopped.
We should expect the regime to try to crush the July 9th Protests, which is the anniversary of the 1999 student protests in Tehran that were violently crushed.

Re the July 5 G-8 "deadline", I think it's been pretty clear for some time that Iran's policy is and wil be simply to stall in order for it to continue working on their weapons program. So let's figure that even the "yes on some items" as postulated in the article will be more like "yes under these additional conditions".
