Good point. Bennett has said this on his morning program as well. He caught a lot of flak from conservatives over his CNN engagement, but he sees it as providing balance and he says he has kept at the management at CNN over balance and truth versus their normal biases.

He had two callers from the UK during the short time that I was listening. One was a man who was irate because Bennett said something about America responding around the world, where needed. That caller was a typical chip-on-the-shoulder-find-anything-to-blame-America-for uninformed git. The other one was female speaking with a plum in her mouth.
CSPAN radio runs the Sunday morning shows every afternoon, and because they do not run the commercials, they have fifteen or so minutes after each show to replay part of the the morning call-in show. I am convinced that the excerpts are not random. It will be interesting today, if I happen to be listening, to hear which callers the cspan editors choose to re-air.

Why does the wacky left, and many in the middle, not realize this? As much as they hate the President, displaying that hatred will not make ANYONE safer.
