Rush said it is even worse than we knew yesterday what the Supreme Court did. They literally threw out a 2005 congressional law. Hasn't said yet what it was. I presume it has to do with the Terroists and how they can be tried.

May be just me but I felt this week that Rush has not been up to Rush's cutting edge. I went back and listened to some archives of shows before he took those two days off.

Anyone else get that feeling? I'm probably wrong but I think I figured it out.
