Good article! I am proud to say I have never once watched this show. Between Barbra Walters pretensions, Joy Behars fingernails on the chalknboard voice and the insane rantings of Star Jones, why would one want to shorten their lives by turning this toxic waste on?
I think Debbie is taking a cue from Ann's success and turning it up quite a few notches. I've never seen her come on this strongly.

I'd never heard of Star Jones or "The View." And I thought Baba Wawa was dead. Good grief; I'm sooooo out of it!
Proud to say I've never once watched "The View", and wouldn't recognize Star Jones if she knocked at my front door.

Yup, I have seen the show on TV and after watching it for
a few minutes, I have to turn away. Nowadays,it holds my interest
for about 5 seconds. Each of their opinions is so
shallow in its' analysis, I get a feeling I am watching
two year olds play with, or fight over a toy.
Why do we , as people, ascribe a higher sense of importance
to others who sit in front of an electronic/chemical light capture
device, and "talk" or pretend they are someone else?
Think of it this way, you can live without the "view".
But you won't live long or well without garbage collection.
Neither have I. Other than Ms. Walters, I have no idea who these people are.

I always wondered what had become of Debbie, whose columns used to appear on Townhall.com. I'll have to remember to visit FrontPageMag.com from now on to get the latest from her.
