Just shut down the economy, Jean Francois. That's how much you'll avoid in imported oil. He has a gift for making stupidity sound thoughtful.

Does that mean he and the bride are going to get rid of all of those huge homes they own that suck up all of that energy? Are they going to start flying by commercial airliner, too?
Nope.
Another superb example of the old Democrat Kerry rule, to wit: "Do as I say, not as I do."
Mr. Kerry is such a putz.

I don't know how much fuel oil New England burns in a year, but I never hear of anybody proposing to convert that consumption to electric heat.

His desperation is starting to match his ambition which on a personal level is scary. But with such a desparately ambition man on the loose, it can only mean continued good headlines for the GOP. Keep up the good John F Kerry.

The first thing that came to mind when I read this was at Fan. Hall was, what did they do with the pigeons?

Another benefit of the bibutonal fuel mentioned in the article is that it is cheaper to refine and transport.
Is there a reason why the focus on "alternative" fuel is primarily corn based ethanol?

"Sen. John Kerry outlined his proposal that the Federal Government mandate"
It must be so nice to be a "Democrat". You just issue a "mandate" or decree and presto, changeo,...problems solved, reality overcome and the world is fixed.
The Dims seem to have all the magic bullets don't they?
Why don't some people know when to go away, retire and shut up?
