A charred body found in the Ramallah area Wednesday morning will be taken shortly to the Institute for Forensic Medicine at Abu Kabir in order to verify its identity and the possibility that the body is that of missing Itamar resident Eliyahu Asheri.

Maybe the UN should now, finally, form a commission to add body burning to the list of things prevented by the Geneva Conventions. The list of things you can't do is long, including panty head covering, dog-leash leading, and Koran flushing, but perhaps the little notion of body burning could be appended to the end of the list.
