Rick Roberts has been on topic about the fact that the Mexican flag is flying along with the American flag at the San Diego County Fair, at the Durante entrance.
Well, what other flag would they fly?
I've seen a lot of flags of Israel flying in local evangelical churches, I don't think they are Jewish.
They do the same thing at Padre games.
Sound's like Arnold is losing his state ...
I went there last week, and I have to say that ICE needs to make a raid on the workers at some of the eateries there. Other than that, I didn't see the flag, and had a good time.
Let me know when they fly the Mexican national flag over an upturned U.S. flag like they did during the immigration protests, then I'll be irritated.
An employee at the fair wanted to climb the pole and cut the Mexican flag down. Rick held him back to save the kid's job.
Then it will be too late.
I'm just glad I don't live in that region - beautiful place, ugly politics.
Rick had someone check that out, the PR person for the fair confirmed it was the Mexican flag.
It's already been posted and debunked. It was the San Diego County flag. The FReeper that took the original photo admitted to the mistake.
The criminal cartels running Northern Mexico made an example of four LEOs a few days ago by cutting off their heads.
Whew, my blood pressure can go back down then.
Might as well pull the thread?
Someone ought to correct Rick so he won't continue spreading false rumors.
Someone's over-sensitive here. They fly the Canadian flag when Canadian sports teams visit -- why not the Mexican flag at an event that legal Mexican vistors are likely to visit?
Because Canadians aren't conducting a reconquista of the Northeast.
If they were, flying their flag at the Maine State Fair would also be a problem.
It didn't happen so it really doesn't matter.
