I believe the correct phrase is "if Republicans weren't so uptight and had more sex with lesbians and their imaginary 15 year old girlfriends, then they wouldn't be so evil and hateful and mean spirited and always destroying the world and such."

Personally, I'm willing to participate in a scientific study to get to the bottom of this once and for all.

Melvin Reynolds, ex congressman, ex inmate, perfect fit for Clinton’s Felon voting scheme:

In 1995, Melvin Reynolds, a married Democratic congressman, was convicted of having a sexual affair with a sixteen year old girl who was a volunteer in his office. While he was in an Illinois prison, the former representative from Chicago was convicted of crimes concerning the misuse of campaign funds.

On January 20, 2001 Reynolds’ sentence was commuted by the Shadow DNC Chairman, Clinochhio, and he was released from a federal prison. In Illinois, a Felon can vote the second he/she steps out of prison. There is no waiting for a parole or probation period to end, just immediate eligibility to vote.

On Sunday January 28, 2001 inside the Salem Baptist Church in Chicago, the Reverend James Meeks, SBC’s pastor, announced that Reynolds had been hired by the Church to oversee its outreach program for newly released Felons.

At the same service, the Reverend Jesse Jackson, a man who is not unacquainted with illicit sexual conduct, offered Reynolds a position with the Rainbow/ PUSH group that he runs. Thus Reynolds was enlisted as the first recruiter for Bill Clinton’s new army of Felon voters.

The simplicity of the scheme is perfect. Reynolds, an otherwise unemployable Felon, gets a job in a field where he can use his talents for overseeing fraudulent operations, Jackson gets to look like a hero to his friends of the Left (by paying Reynolds with money donated to him by guilty liberals) and the Clinton’s Felon/Leftist axis gets a huge number of new “rubber stamp” voters who will deliver Illinois’ Electoral votes every four years. The Felons, of course, get every benefit that the liberal guilt money can provide to them and it will all be legal and impossible to trace to Bill and beast Clinton.

In one tape, Reynolds asks Heard to describe sex with her lesbian lover, then asks if he can join Heard in bed with "Theresa," a fictitious 15-year-old Catholic-school girl, whom Heard invented apparently to tempt Reynolds. At one point he begs her to provide lewd photos of the girl. "Jesus," Reynolds says on the tapes, "a Catholic. [...] Did I win the Lotto?"

It's the uniform. Guys dig the uniform.

(Of course, chasing actual Catholic high school girls can be problematic unless you're that age yourself. Sometimes even then.)
