Helluva suggestion Tx.
Dang...you got a lot accomplished...I am going to have to show your post to my husband...he keeps complaining he just doesn't have time to get things done on the weekend....LOL
Thanks for this wonderful thread every week...it is a fun place to bounce in and out of on a Sunday.
Thanks...now we just need to get someone at Fox to think of it...LOL
'wonder what they're off doing to each other?
Speaking of Goldman Sachs, Jon Corzine used to be that company's general partner when he was on Wall Street.
Best part, the new Treasury Secretary is the very same guy who dumped Corzine from GS.
Sweet, isn't it!
Corslime mired in budget battles with his own party!
Two arabs building bombs in a garage nearly took down the WTC in 1993. If the van had been parked in a different spot the building would have fallen.
They are also counting on President Bush following the Reaganesque theory that it doesn't matter who gets the credit for doing a good thing as long as it gets done. This is one time that W needs to abandon that usually good theory.
Your link to Little Green Footballs was a wake up read this morning. What a downer to start the week!
The Brits are racing to destruction. Isn't there any kind of conservative thought left in that country?
I firmly believe he will be remembered as the man who saved western civilization.
I agree. And, this is why the left hates him so much! How dare a Republican conservative be acknowledged as anything but a failure!
He really has to be stupid to say that it will help our cause to have the SWIFT program exposed since the terrorists will now have to use some other means to transfer their money. Even when Brit tried to tell him that we could follow the money when we knew about it but they didn't, Juan didn't understand.
His wife is Kathleen Matthews, an anchor on one of the network's local nightly news shows. I almost never watch them and so don't know which one it is.

June 25, 2006 Interview With Hamid Karzai; Interview With Hussein Shahristani
The phrase is "I hold no brief for..."
Definition from Answers.COM:
Refuse to support, dislike, as in I hold no brief for liars. This term is a negative version of the legal expression hold a brief for, meaning [to support or defend a position by argument.] The noun brief has been used in this way since the 1200s.
The man... excuse me... woman (????) speaks like she's got some really bad dentures. And this clown represented our country to the world? What a maroon! No wonder they thought they could get away with attacking us.
Since he is a political reporter, first, last and always, his move to a business mag is the equivelant of banishment to Siberia.
OK, Freepers. It's time to pull out all possible contacts and get this story out there. This is the chink in their armor, the break in the dike, the last straw and whatever other cliche you can think of.
They are so toast!!!!!!
Thanks for clearing that up...I wasn't sure if I was hearing her correctly or not...and wasn't sure what she was really trying to say either.
You are a big help, as usual.
I found her protesting her "dislike" of Kim Jong Il a little TOO much..like someone that has some guilt to hide.
Just reminding us again that slick willie chose weaklings for his administration.
HAGEL FOR PRESIDENT -- (til after the first primary of course)
Why can't Hagel run for President and Senate at the same time? Lieberman did. Just because Bob Dole didn't (he even stepped down from the Senate) I don't think there's a rule, and Hagel doesn't even have the integrity of Joe Lieberman, let alone a Bob Dole.
No, I think the path to Hagel's demise may come through the Kerry campaign aid that he hired. There have been very good arguments put forward on this thread that this guy could be the source for both the NSA and the SWIFT leaks. What would that do for his presidential or senatorial prospects?
