We have a real opportunity to turn a city around FOREVER here and embarrass the heck out of the gay lobby.
As a previous post mentioned, the Ottawa Pride parade and festival was NOT granted the money it requested by the committee. Now it goes to full City Council on Wednesday.
The gay lobby is stepping up and pushing Council to grant the necessary money, as they have struggled to get the money needed with little corporate support. If it does not come, the event could be PERMANENTLY lost. It would be the second large North American city to watch its event go up in smoke in 2006 (after Charlotte, North Carolina).
We need to help defeat this disgusting event!

I know the Mayor is for the gay agenda. But if 12 of the 21 councillors vote to withhold the money, his vote won't matter. We need 12 votes against the necessary grants!

Yes, the CAPITAL of Canada! Which makes a victory even sweeter - it would be a catastrophic blow to the gay lobby to see the event in the epicenter gone. It would be like DC Pride getting axed!
Keep up the good work Canada. The minions of liberalism can be turned back to the dark alleys and closets from which they came.

Grants?!? For a gay pride parade?!? Ok, when is the Caucasian Pride Parade? Or the Those of European decent pride parade? Or better yet, the heterosexual pride parade?
Go make a few human chains across the parade route. They would love your activism.
Heart - if you want to alert DBeers when you post or find an article about the homosexual agenda, he'll see the list gets alerted. A lot of people want to know what's happening.
It was defeated in the committee, so quite a few (it is being reopened at full council)
How about we cover them all, and have a Moral Decency Parade! No sexual content allowed, and only people allowed to march or watch, must be fully clothed (no cross dressing either)

I say let the freaks put themselves on parade. They do more harm then good for their own cause anyway. Everytime they walk down the street painted gold wearing just a thong, they are advertising just how mentally sick they are.
I agree. That isn't even the worst thing they do. They pee on buildings, and throw bags of urine, among other things. This is what they call water play!

FYI... 'Pee' tends to play a significant part on the activities of many homosexuals. It's by no means the sickest or most extreme activity...
...although, throwing bags of urine is a new one to me! - they are usually a lot 'personal' than that.
Getting this one stopped would send a very positive message to other towns and cities. It would give them courage to stand up for what they know to be right.
LOL I stand corrected on their activities name. You and I know that isn't the worst, but I wouldn't even type the worst of it. Nor would you, especially on a public forum.
Let's hope Ottawa succeeds, it will be a starting point at least.
