Senator Biden, The Republican plan was to get a new unified Iraqi Constition banning Terrorism (Done). Get them to design a Unity Government (Done). Fill the posts in the Unity Goverment (Done). Form a Military and Police departments to govern themselves (Partly done) and withdraw troops as the Iraqi troops and police stand up.
How can your plan do any better?
