Interestingly, the Chinese Communists regard Clinton as the "new Bismarck" - they believe even though Clinton spoke nicely, he was covertly continuing Ronald Reagan's policies of "expansionism" and planning to be an enemy of the PRC.

Well I guess you could say he kind of continued "expansionism" with all the technology to China, but it was their country that benefited and expanded militarily, not ours.
